Traveling to ICBM 2025? If you’re coming from outside the EU or Schengen Area, be sure to review visa requirements and begin your application as early as possible.

Key points to consider:

  • Austria is part of the Schengen Area. Many travelers can stay for up to 90 days without a visa.
  • Citizens from visa-required countries must apply for a Schengen Visa via the Austrian embassy/consulate in their country.
  • You’ll need:
    • A valid passport
    • Proof of registration (we provide a Letter of Invitation upon request)
    • Travel insurance, accommodation details, and sufficient funds
  • Visa applications can take several weeks to process, apply early to avoid delays!

We look forward to seeing you in Vienna! For more travel information, visit: https://icbm2025.com/travel-venue/
