Introducing INSPIRE’s new Chair: Allison Marziliano

Hello and welcome!

My name is Allison Marziliano and I am a social/health psychologist working in research at Northwell Health, a large healthcare system in New York. I am currently 6 years from my terminal degree and my research interests include social isolation, loneliness, and the social impact of illness and aging. I am honored to have been selected as the new Chair of INSPIRE, the early career committee of ISBM.

I look forward to working with each and every one of you in the coming years to bring new life and excitement to INSPIRE, and connect early career individuals in the field of behavioral medicine from around the globe. The executive committee and I came back from the ICBM conference rejuvenated and we are working hard on bringing all of our members together. Please contact us inspire.isbm@gmail.com to learn more about INSPIRE, and if you aren’t already a member, please join today.
